DESCRIPTION:This month we are planting a Habitat Hero demonstration garden in Pagosa Springs! Join us for this online event to kick-off the week’s activities and learn about this project and unique partnerships involved. \nJamie Weiss\, Audubon Rockies’ Habitat Hero coordinator\, will demonstrate the importance of restoring our communities\, one garden patch at a time. From a birds-eye view\, learn how to create wildlife-friendly gardens that help combat the loss of open spaces and create green corridors that link your bird-friendly garden to larger natural areas by providing habitat for wildlife. \nWe would like to thank Weminuche Audubon Society\, Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership\, CSU Extension Master Gardeners\, Mountain High Garden Club\, and Southwest Conservation Corps for their support on this project. \nAfter registering\, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
