SUMMARY:Environmental Film Festival
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate earth week by attending the Environmental Film Festival hosted by the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership taking place at the Tennyson Event Center from 2 to 8 PM on Saturday\, April 16..  Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership (GGP) is a collaborative partner with the Colorado Environmental Film Festival offering new highly acclaimed independent films.  Guests will enjoy four feature-length films and two short films.  Entrance to see the films on a come-and-go basis is available by purchasing wristbands for $20. A gourmet stand-up supper is offered from Kathy Keyes\, chef at Pagosa Baking Company. Kathy is also a GGP founder.  She is providing a menu using locally grown produce. Proceeds from a cash bar add to the nonprofit GGP’s operating funds.  GGP is “growing food and community with local energy.” The proceeds go to GGP’s operations including educational activities and landscaping.  The wristbands and descriptions of the offerings are available at www.pagosagreen.org.  Weminuche Audubon Society is proud to be a sponsor of the film festival.
